There is no room service. Poor service poor stay.

Dear Madam
Thank you for your feedback. There is no room service as we do not have a restaurant. As explained to you during your stay, hot water is provided through solar heaters and due to excess usage/winter, hot water was not available during the early hours in the morning.
Towels are provided on request. Rooms are cleaned daily and linen is changed every two to three days. As your stay was for 2 nights only there was no linen change.
We have checked the facilities in the bathroom and everything is functioning. Nor have we had any complaints with this regard from any guests occupying the same room after your stay.
We look forward to being of service to you again in the future with no complaints.
