Riads à Calamba

« Clean……………………. Nearby shopping…… »

« The staff are very kind, courteous and very helpful. The thing that bothered me the most are small cockroaches crawling in toilet seat and bathroom floor. I complained to management about this and requested transfer to another room. They granted my request immediately, the room was better and had less cockroaches. »

« The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and the restaurant chef tailored the dishes offered on the menu to plant-based meals. I enjoyed it so much that I reserved a three-night stay the following weekend. »

« This place is in a slum. »

« The staff was friendly and willingness to help »

« we had a bad experience we were not allowed to enter unless we pay again, we already paid in full thru online but it's not honored by the new management ,,there's a problem in booking between old and new management, think twice guys before you enter into any transactions otherwise you'll be the next victim ,it's disgusting ruined the birthday celebration of my daughter! »
