I have booked the property and paid for my stay. Then contracted the owner to arrange for the check-in. The owner told me that the property is not available and I can't come and stay at the property 🙄🙄 Terrible experience, bad communication, lost my money for nothing in exchange.

Dear our valabule guest , We kindly contact and apologize for any miss we caused you and we agreed to cancel your reservation without any fees for our side and we asked Expedia to refund you full refund 3-4 times ( your money still in Expedia in case they didn’t refund you ) In case you kindly ask to accommodate you in another property, it would be our pleasure to do but you refuse and just ask for full refund and we did on time from first moment . Appreciate to accept our apology for any misunderstanding.
