« Firstly this is more of a hostel not a hotel. Wifi was awful, we needed wifi on asking an excuse of location was made for the tardy wifi. We were first put into a freezing room.We were finally moved to a less cold room which had a small double. Incurred a surprise additional 5% for paying by card!! They said they serve breakfast but it was tea, coffee, coco tea, and a banana and a flatbread. Light summer throw and blankets that were so heavy they would put weighted blankets to shame. « Staff never came back to me when I asked to clarify please if it was a house or a hotel. I asked that, because it says: shared bathroom. For the price I payed for the package I wanted at least my own bathroom. But they never answered to me. I didn’t stay there. I wish there were a way for a refund or something for the unpleasant experience, since because of that I booked somewhere else. »

Thé rooms are small and simple, thé price is cheap so do not expect luxury, but thé basics are there, even if you have to wait a while for hot water and thé pressure is low, and it can get very chilly in thé room, but plenty of blankets. « Nice little place near the train station and 20 minutes walk from the bus terminal. The owners were very helpfull also. It is a good location in Cusco I think. There is a mini kitchen and I could leave some food in the fridge. »
