The Space:

Escape to Cabo and enjoy a serene stay at our partial oceanview condo at Terrasol Beach Resort, less than a 5-minute walk to Playa Grande and 5 minutes away from La Marina. Situated along a peaceful, expansive shoreline, it’s the ideal choice for travelers seeking a quiet retreat. Relax on your private wrap-around patio with cushioned sun loungers, partial ocean views and spectacular sunset vistas. The resort has two pools, including a fabulous oceanfront pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as an onsite gym to keep up with your fitness routine.



Our condo offers a serene and inviting atmosphere, featuring a soothing color scheme, charming beach-themed decor, and cozy furnishings. The open-concept design is filled with natural light from large glass doors that lead to the patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. When you're not out exploring or lounging by the pool, unwind in the sitting area on the spacious, comfy sofa and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, which connects easily to your favorite streaming services.



The kitchen is fully stocked with quality appliances, including a stacked washer and dryer, plus everything you need to prepare meals at home, including extras like a coffee maker for morning kick-starts, a blender for afternoon mixers, and a dishwasher for easy clean-ups. For grilling enthusiasts, there’s a top-of-the-line gas BBQ on the patio. Enjoy sit-down meals at the dining table next to the kitchen, or if you prefer dining al fresco, take advantage of the additional outdoor table with a view!



When it's time to unwind for the night, you'll find two bedrooms, each featuring a luxurious king-sized bed with high-quality linens and plush pillows, along with a private ensuite bath. The rooms are equipped with AC, ceiling fans, and room-darkening curtains to ensure a comfortable and restful sleep. The bathrooms, adorned with traditional Mexican tiles, are spacious and include a shower/tub combo for your convenience.

Terrasol Beach Resort is at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula along an expansive beach, offering privacy and proximity to key attractions, like Cabo’s famous beach bars and restaurants and its lively downtown. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
