Modern 3-bedroom condo for up to 8 guests, just minutes from the beaches of Cabo and downtown. It`s a great fit for families traveling together or a group celebrating a bachelorette weekend. Unwind in the evening around the private fire pit, with one of Cabo`s most iconic views as your backdrop. Inside you`ll find contemporary finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated workspace with wifi. A comfortable base whether you`re staying a few nights or settling in for a longer getaway

Elevator access from the parking level straight up to the unit and the pool level. Central A/C in common areas, with individual A/C units in each bedroom. Smart TV available — just log in with your own streaming accounts. A crib or high chair can be provided on request for an additional fee. Parking includes 2 covered spaces for the unit, plus additional spots for visitors. Check-in is fully self-service, with a digital concierge available if you need anything during your stay. Quiet hours in the residential run from 10pm to 7am.

Guests have access to all common areas of the residential.
The gym is open from 5am to 9pm,
common areas (pool, lounge, gardens) are open from 9am to 9pm.

The grill area must be reserved in advance and requires a cleaning deposit with the security team, which is fully refunded once the grill is returned in the same condition it was provided.

While we`re not present on-site (unless requested), we offer a digital concierge service and are happy to help with anything you need — from in-unit services like private chefs, decorations, in-room massages, or pre-stocking the fridge, to arrangements around Cabo like restaurant reservations, yacht charters, or transportation. Whatever you have in mind, just ask — we`ll do our best to make it happen
1. By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all of the terms and conditions listed in your rental agreement.

2. Renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve.

3. NO PETS are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.

4. NO SMOKING permitted inside the property.

5. NO EVENTS such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties will be permitted over the occupancy unless they are specifically pre-authorized and an event fee is paid.

6. OCCUPANCY: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. Renter must disclose the number of persons in his/her group as well as the name of every member of his/her group.

7. Quiet time is 10pm-7am. Excessive noise at any time, disorderly conduct, nudity and disrespectful treatment of security guards is not allowed at any time. Fines of up to $3000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.

8. 7 night minimum for 12/25 and 1/1, if taking both holidays a 14 night minimum is required.

9. High School/College spring break groups not permitted without approval (additional deposit required).
