« Don't expect the Ritz Carlton but the unit is very nice and accurately represented online. And a VERY fair price. And the main reason you stay here is because of the absolute fantastic Marina view. Watching the boats come and go can last all day and into the night. The fishermen are roaming about like ants at about 5:30 in the morning. If you really want some action, walk over to the gas dock about that time. Great breakfast place opens at seven. Although the facility itself does not have a pool...

« The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long. »

« Great location!!! Minutes to beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean and had everything anyone could need. »

« We stayed three nights and had wifi for 6 hours. Had to use wifi at the rooftop pool. Lotsa communication back and forth to no avail. The water in the pool is not heated so my husband passed on the pool experience. I swim often in cool water and found it uncomfortable, sadly. Bed was comfy and the place was nice. »

« Loved the condo and the location. The nice pool on the property is adults only which was disappointing. We had a challenge communicating with local manager who we found out two days later was not in working the day before but it worked out. We would recommend and stay at this location again. »

« La ubicación de la propiedad es muy buena, tiene varios supermercados cerca, es bonita la propiedad, lo único malo es que mi reservación no me la agendaron como era, yo había pedido un departamento con 2 camas king size y primero me dieron un departamento con una cama matrimonial y después me resolvieron y me dieron otro departamento con 2 camas matrimoniales pero no king size. Ese fue el único punto en contra, además que no dan un número local para resolver dudas, solo las atienden por correo...

« This place was so beautiful -- we spent so much more time than I ever would've expected on the balcony overlooking the view, as well as in the giant hot tubs and in the pool. Gorgeous place, great location (.8 miles from Costco, just another half mile or so to a Walmart, and another great grocery store was less close by the other direction.) »

« Reception staff was unhelpful and agressif. The nights were awful due to the noise form the 2 main streets on both sides of the hotel. The Appartement in its self is very handy and the restaurant next door fine. »
