The condo has 3 beautiful decorated bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms as follows:
– Room 1: The spacious Master Bedroom features a king-sized bed, smart tv and beautiful views overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It has its own private bathroom with walking closet and double vanity.
– Room 2: Features a Queen Size bed, smart tv and ensuite bathroom.
– Room 3. Has two twin beds and also ensuite bathroom.

Guests staying at Ocean Breeze will have access to Copala Club House that is only 5 min walking distance. It features an infinity pool with breathtaking views to the Pacific Ocean surrounded by gardens and sunny terrace, movie theater, gym and private rooms for massage.

The Neighborhood:
Copala is located within Quivira, an exclusive Luxury development just 20 min from downtown. Quivira sits on one of the best golf course in Latin America "Quivira Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and Near-by resorts: Pueblo bonito Sunset Beach which is a family friendly resort and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica which is an adults only resort . It is surrounded by a beautiful setting with Pacific Ocean Views.
Getting Around:
Copala offers transportation within Quivira, all you have to do is call Copala Concierge. Also, there is transportation available to Cabo / Medano beach from PB Sunset Beach to PB Rose (reservation through Concierge recommended). Please note that transportation is subject to availability and sometimes waiting times are very long. There is a $5 USD charge per ride for the shuttle use.
Renting a car is very convenient and parking is complimentary at the premises.
Other Things to Note:
We accept small dogs, however we need to be notified before arrival.
Non-refundable $150 USD pet fee applies (per pet)
Last minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.
Pets need to be on a leash at every time, if not inside the unit
Copala is a NON smoking community, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including Club House and green areas. Smoking is allowed only in the Condo's terrace as long as cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from security deposit.
We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
This property is Dog-Friendly 🐶 (15lbs or smaller). We need to be notified upon arrival if you will bring a dog. An extra $150 USD cleaning fee per dog will apply without exception; last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property

Perfect location - Great layout
We stayed here for two nights before having 7 nights in a larger villa in the same community. The location of this unit was awesome!!! My teen kids loved the large lawn area it backed to and the easy fire pit. Wish it had a hot tub or heated plunge pool, I liked it, but it was too cold for the rest of my family. The art work as fun. The layout was really nice. Wish there was a TV in the bedroom with two twin beds. Defintely stay there again in the future.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay and the condo is well represented in the pictures. There were a few maintenance issues, but Ronival corrected those right away. The only thing that could be improved on is the kitchen and ground maintenance intrusions. There are only six dinner plates and two are chipped. Also, several of the coffee cups were chipped, a lack of BBQ utensils, no pot holders, two really well used dish towels. Not really set up for eating in. Grounds maintenance people were on our patio every morning, except one, before 8 A.M. Not a lot of privacy to sit out and enjoy the view. The views were delightful and the property and location are great, overall a wonderful trip.

Absolutely amazing!
The condo is beautiful, very comfortable & relaxing. 3 large bedrooms, stunning bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Had a few minor issues when we arrived, which were immediately addressed by our host Sylvia. She was in touch with us everyday & organized taxis & dinner reservations for us. It’s a 2 minute walk the community pool, which was mostly empty, so it was like having our own pool. The plunge pool was great with a lovely waterfall & an amazing view of the ocean. We enjoyed the BBQ & the fire pit. The patio is very private & huge. The fridge has a filtered water & ice machine which came handy. We truly enjoyed staying there & we will be back. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Very nice condo in a quiet area
We stayed at this Copalla condo for a Christmas vacation. We had 4 adults and we all appreciated having our own bathroom. The condo is tastefully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is nicely stocked. We appreciated the washer and dryer. Ronival was very attentive and we appreciated the snack when we arrived. The ground floor patio was beautiful and the views from the condo are gorgeous. There is a small plunge pool but it does not heat so it was too cold to use. Some other units have a heater and they seem to get used more. There is a pool close by that was never crowded but there is no ocean view from this pool. the best pool view is the pool in front of building 1. The club house pool does not have many chairs and no ocean view if you are using a lounger. Our sons used the gym and liked it. We travel to Cabo frequently and so we always rent a car. You will want to rent a car if you stayed at Copalla. It is far from town and the shuttle services seem unpredictable and difficult. Copalla is about an hour walk to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort so walking isn't an option. The only place to eat is a small snack bar at the pool so getting over to The Market or into town is a must. We only had a few complaints. The beds in this unit are very hard. They are not good quality mattresses. This was hard to endure for 8 nights. The unit owner needs better beds and softer linens, they were very stiff and itchy. Also the water heater isn't great and only 1 person can get a hot shower. The rest of us always showered in room temp water. We would consider staying at Copalla again and would use Ronival but I will inquire about the mattress quality before we book.

Amazing condo with gorgeous views
Overall, the condo was amazing. Super clean, fantastic amenities, pools, flat screens in main family room and two of the three bedrooms, back patio and laundry room in our condo were all excellent. Communication could have been better around check-in as we did not receive check-in instructions prior to arriving and had to find the Copala and our unit on our own which was a struggle. Other than that, we had access to most Pueblo Bonito resorts and amenities including the Market which has a great variety for food, and the Los Cabos and Rosé resorts which were great for beach and pool access.
The Copala pools were great as well and the clubhouse pool and staff were fantastic with great food and beverage options.

Fabulous View in Pueblo Bonito Complex
We usually stay at Sunset Beach and decided to try Copala for a change. We had a 3 bedroom 1st floor unit with a HUGE patio, BBQ and dipping pool. The unit was in perfect condition with lovely furnishings. If you are particular about beds, pay attention to whether there are king, double, twin beds etc. We were two couples and one had to sleep in a double bed with no view. The bedrooms are not equal.
There are two great pools a little snack bar and concierge service. We loved the quiet of the complex as opposed to the hustle bustle and golf carts of Sunset Beach. The downside is that Copala is a (short) shuttle bus or car ride away from restaurants shopping etc. All of the 7 buildings appear to have beautiful ocean views. It
Is a first class property.

Beautiful Condo!
Our stay at this condo was quite enjoyable. I had my three teenage children with us and we enjoyed the property grounds and amenities. The staff was fantastic and accommodating our needs and keeping us in good communication. The only small qualm would be the location. It is a little distant for most restaurants. But, we had a car so it wasn’t too much trouble. I would stay here again. Pristine accommodations in a very secure area.

Best condo ever
The pictures and description of this condo do not do it justice, it was absolutely amazing. We walked in and all said “wow, we totally scored!” Everything was new and beautiful. The glass sliders open to your spacious patio with the plunge pool and little fire pit. The corner location is very private. The view of the sunrises we’re out of this world. We set our alarm to be able to watch every morning. The decor is very well done. One complaint is the beds were a bit firm, but we were so happy, we didn’t care. The complex was outstanding. The entire area is pristine and landscaped beautifully. We were often the only people at our unit’s pool. The main pool was never crowded and the restaurant’s food was all super good. The drive to downtown was about 15-20 minutes away. We were always very grateful coming back to our awesome accommodation after being in town. It’s so low key and such a peaceful setting. You can not go wrong with renting this place, it was truly spectacular.
