This is a luxurious condominium in Villa La Estancia. Located on Medano Beach, the only safe swimming beach in the area. Villa La Estancia is operated as a five-star condominium resort. All the benefits of a resort with the luxury of a private home.

The villa has two bedrooms and three full baths. The bedrooms are both large and each have a little sitting area. The baths are all marble with granite countertops. The master bathroom has a large whirlpool tub. There is a full kitchen with all appliances, a breakfast bar, and a laundry closet with a washer, dryer, and sink. The dinning table can seat up to eight. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the huge balcony. Both bedrooms and the living room have direct access to the balcony. The balcony has a table for six, two chairs, a couch, ceiling fans, barbecue, smoker and a wet bar. This is unit 3508 and is located in the third building, which means the afternoon sun does not shine onto the deck.

You are walking distance to the Marina and downtown Cabo. You can enjoy a walk along the beach or take the street route for more direct access. Cabs are easily available if you prefer to take it easy on your vacation. If you prefer to stay in, we have many games, puzzles and cards to keep you entertained. We can also connect you with a private chef if you prefer not to cook or go out.

The resort has a large pool, several hot tubs (one of which is adults only) and a swim up bar (you are welcome to bring your own drinks to the pool). The resort has two restaurants, one of which is open at every meal time, a gym, and tennis and pickleball courts. The resort is adjacent to the Villa Del Palmar and Villa Del Arco resorts and guests of Villa LaEstancia are welcome to use many of the amenities of those resorts which includes the Desert Spa, full-service supermarket, and deli.
