Getting Around:

Vista Vela offers great mobility, it's right on the San José del Cabo - Cabo San Lucas Highway Km. 4.5.

Please note that the maximum occupancy is 4 guests and must be respected at all times. Reservations arriving with additional guests cannot be accommodated. Day visitors are welcome as long as occupancy limits are not exceeded. A $250 USD fine applies for violations.



This condo is located in a quiet, gated residential community, so we kindly ask guests to respect neighbors and community guidelines. Parties, excessive noise, and smoking inside the property are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.



For everyone’s safety and comfort, only registered guests are allowed, and external vendors are not permitted. Our concierge team is happy to coordinate any services you may need.



Monthly stays are welcome; an additional refundable deposit of $300 USD per month may apply. Please confirm before booking.



As part of the community’s security protocol, guests will be asked to provide ID and sign basic community rules upon arrival.
