« We loved the Marcela Resort. It was a 2-bedroom / 2-bath unit, and very large - at least by US standards. From the wrap-around deck, it had an amazing view of the pool, down the mountain, and out to the ocean. It had a full kitchen, separate jacuzzi, and in-unit laundry. The price was still very reasonable. The whole property was well-kept and nicely decorated. « This hotel did not honor my reservation even after speaking directly to their staff the day before. Hence I ended up at the airport in a foreign country with no accommodations. Untrustworthy property especially as they denied everything the prior stay (Abraham) said the night before. What a disgrace that a customer gets placed in such a situation. »
