Nestled in a quiet, leafy, hideaway, a short walk to town and beaches, Swell Studio is a perfect holiday escape in Byron Bay. Where you can relax in private seclusion with all the conveniences provided.

Close to nature, bright, modern and peaceful this beautifully renovated, fully equipped, and spacious studio and has everything you need to make you feel at home.

You can walk or ride bikes to anywhere in the town from this home. The location is set back from the main road so quiet and tranquil and still with easy access to public transport, shops, cafes and beaches.

Guests are warmly welcomed to the studio with their own private access on one side and the main residence on the other side.

The studio is separated from the main house by a fence and gate offering you complete seclusion and privacy.

Features king bed in the open space bedroom which is ideal for couples. There is also a click clack convertible sofa bed which converts into a double bed and so is ideal for young children. A travel cot is available for infants.

Beautiful ensuite bathroom with continuous hot water shower and welcome toiletries.
Heating/air conditioning.
Kitchenette with plates, cutlery, kettle, toaster and fridge.
Espresso coffee machine with welcome pods.
Digital TV including Netflix

Guests have their own private laundry laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and laundry tub.

The studio is professionally cleaned before your stay and all linen and towels provided.

Keybox is available with access code for guests.

You will have access to a separate guest space comprising a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. This area is separate to the rest of the house with its own front door.

There is parking available for one car.

Take an early morning stroll to most popular The General Store Cafe or Bay Grocer for your morning coffee or grocery shopping, or enjoy the evening at Road House that is full of locals and serves nutritious, satisfying and delicious food.

Within minutes drive you can be at the Cape Byron Lighthouse where so many of locals admire first sunrise across mainland Australia. Less then 15 min stroll and you'll have your feet in the sand at the Dolphin Beach with stunning sunset day after day. The beach also connects to the famous Tea Tree Lake, have your breath taken away by its stunning beauty and peaceful serenity, a perfect spot for a picnic adventure.
