The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. « This is an authentic cottage with all the amenities you might need for a great weekend stay near Plum Island. The host was responsive and timely in messaging and made us feel welcome. All the necessary items were there and we really liked the cozy beach vibe and skylights that made the main area bright. E would definitely love to return and stay longer. »

« Check was not easy - door code didn’t work after several attempts so called the number listed. They had to call me back after checking with someone else. A/C filters were filled with months of dirt and filthy. In the middle of a heat wave they should be one of the first item’s cleaned. Could have used blinds/curtains in the smaller bedroom as houses very close and street lights shine in. Also in the front room/dining room as this was south facing and sun was glaring in.
