We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay! I am a little confused as we do have a continental breakfast everyday from 6am-10:30am. There’s coffee pots in the breakfast room and in all guest rooms. There is also full staff from 6am-10pm. As far as rain buckets, we had the entire roof replaced last year before opening the new hotel. The only thing I can think of is there was a small drip in a hallway from condensation on one of the new HVAC units that we had them come and fix right away. We Always encourage guests to report any issues to the front desk right away so we can resolve them. We could have shown you where the breakfast room was if you weren’t sure, or address any problems you may have. Our main priority is our guests to be happy and comfortable!

Sorry for the inconvenience. It is stated on all websites that the FD closes at 8pm to avoid these issues. We actually keep someone at the desk an extra 2hours past the listed time just in case someone is late. There are a few places doing this now due to staffing issues.

We are sorry you were not happy with your stay! I spoke to all staff working that weekend to gather all information. You checked in for one night. The night you checked in nothing was reported to staff. The next morning when you were leaving the building you told front desk you found a dead lizard. It was a salamander that the only thing we can think of is it crawled through the ptac unit. Every item from the beds/furniture to the phones/etc are all brand new. The rooms themselves have been renovated ceiling/walls to new flooring. Everyday housekeeping inspects the rooms for new arrivals. They may have missed it or it may have crawled in after inspection. Either way we sincerely apologize for that, and we have implemented cleaning checklists, and Inspection checklists to be completed and signed for each room by the housekeeper and the housekeeping Inspector. If the front desk would have been informed at the time you had the issue we would have immediately gotten you a new room or disposed of the salamander and cleaned whichever you preferred. You stated “lack of response by staff”, however nobody was informed until you were leaving the building. You also stated poor maintenance and upkeep, but the only problem listed was the salamander. We have a contract with Orkin who comes in weekly for preventative service to limit these issues. I can say out of 13 years this was the first salamander we have ever had in a room. We take all complaints very seriously and do our best to prevent future issues, but we do need to know at the time if there is a problem so we can do our best to correct it. In this case we were given no chance to correct the issue before checking out and leaving your review. Again, we are truly sorry you were not happy and have implemented procedures to help prevent future issues.

Sorry for the inconvenience! As I explained to you before, the front desk currently closes at 8pm due to staffing shortages. We keep someone there an extra 2hours just incase of traffic/etc. on Friday night we stayed 4hrs late because of the concert people were attending. Unfortunately when you arrived it was well past midnight and our staff had to leave. We Truly are sorry for this but at this point it is just out of our control.

We are sorry you weren’t happy with your stay! In future please let the Front Desk know of any issues and we will correct right away or give you a new room if needed. We have the full package for Direct TV. Sometimes the cable box may need reset. Hot water may take a few minutes when the Hotel is slow due to no use but once hot it will never run out. We have a solution that we are implementing for slow nights to solve that problem. The windows do not open, but each room has its own PTAC unit so guests can adjust the temperature to their choosing. I am glad you enjoyed the Gym! We also have a very large indoor pool and other amenities that I’m sure you would enjoy if you decide to come back. Thank you for your review! We sincerely look at each one so we can adjust and make our facility the best it can be!

We are sorry you were not pleased with your stay! we closed the pool for Winter. It was removed from the Expedia website as available back at the end of November. The Jacuzzi was clean at check in. When management came to the room to show you how to operate the Jacuzzi by pressing the on switch, there were already kids swimming. I personally still drained and cleaned the jacuzzi again to accommodate. For breakfast we have a wide variety of muffins, breakfast bars, oatmeal’s, cereals, fruits, yogurts, waffles, juices, coffee and milk, etc. unfortunately our kitchen is currently under renovation but once it’s complete we will have eggs and other hot item’s to offer, we are hoping by spring.

Hello! We are sorry you were not happy with your stay! Currently there is FD staff from 8am-10pm and security overnight. We have been looking to add more staff in order to have 24hr FD. We just installed the new Gym and have a few accessories to add that did not come with the package, so we have placed another order. For Breakfast we have a variety of Muffins, Breakfast Bars (Regular and Gluten Free), Waffles, Toast, Variety of Ceriel, Variety of Oatmeal, Oranges, Plums, OJ, Apple Juice Coffee, and more. Once our Kitchen is renovated we will offer a full hot breakfast as well as have dinning room for lunch and dinner. All renovations in the room's have been completed aside from a few rooms need new coat racks hung. We are in process of completing that as well. We apologize it took to long for the water to get hot. We addressed the issue and hope to have solved it. We want all our guests to enjoy their stay with us and we appreciate your thoughts! That is how we learn, and make our Hotel better for all!

Hello! Thank you for your thoughts! We apologize for the rust in the bathrooms. We have staff going through each room this week to address. We have also addressed the hot water delay. For the hallway's, yes we are a very large facility with long hallways so i can see how it could be spooky. Please know we have security at night and cameras through all hall's and parking lot area's for every ones safety. We will look into adding some more paintings or furnishings to "warm it up." Thank you for your thoughts!
