Comfortable seating surrounds the fireplace, creating a cosy winter retreat, while ceiling fans and natural airflow keep the space cool in warmer months.

The central kitchen features a timber island with bar seating, quality appliances, generous bench space, and a dedicated coffee station—perfect for slow mornings before beach days. Share meals indoors at the dining table, or step onto the expansive private deck to dine alfresco, sip a cold drink in the sea breeze, and enjoy sweeping treetop and ocean views. Downstairs, a second living room provides a comfortable TV lounge, while a third, more intimate living nook opens directly to the private garden, creating a quiet retreat for reading or board games. Beneath the house, a shaded recreation area features a ping pong table, making it a gathering spot for friendly competition.

The home offers four bedrooms in total, including three queen bedrooms with leafy outlooks and practical storage—one of which features split-system air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. The fourth bedroom is configured with two bunk beds, creating a flexible sleeping space for children or shared group stays.

Two bathrooms service the home, with one located upstairs and a main bathroom downstairs featuring a bath. An outdoor shower is tucked privately among the greenery, ideal for rinsing off after the beach. A full laundry with a washer and dryer supports longer stays. Driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles.

Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
