With 2 living areas, 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds upstairs, and 2 single beds along with 2 bathrooms, a study with an extra single bed as 4th bedroom and a separate family room upstairs - this is a perfect holiday home for a family or group of friends wanting a getaway.

There is also a balcony and outdoor area with furniture, BBQ that over looks the marina that can be fully enclosed with high quality roller blinds. A Jetty and Small kayaks are also available to use during your stay. For families, the addition of a high chair and cot ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably
accommodated.

Marina View Port Geographe is the perfect starting point to explore the South West, whether you explore the many bicycle paths or take a leisurely stroll around the water front, take in the many wineries, breweries and gourmet food in the Margaret River Region. It also perfectly located by the marina if you have a dive tripped booked on the Swan.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.

- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
