The room was excellent- from the bed linen, towels and cleanliness it was amazing. Jade at reception was welcoming and professional. « Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. The floor to the room was sandy, a towel was stained, there were no instructions to wifi or just simple orientation card was missing.
Also we booked the one room apt, so it was meant for 4 pax but we didn't need the sofa to be a bed but it was made to be a bed and we couldn't use the sofa for all 3 nights that we...
« What's there not to love about Broadwater Resort!! Great location with cosy reception. Kind and courteous staff. The units are well set out among leafy trees, with easy walking pathways. I was especially impressed with the Tonic restaurant, cafe and bar. They have a delicious menu with plenty of comfortable seating. And what better way to enjoy fitness, alternating from the outdoor cold pool into the heated pool. Followed by a nice stroll along the beach. I look forward to my next visit here. »
