« This house has some terrific features -- five spacious bedrooms and four baths. The house is well supplied with essentials like dental items, Q-tips, foil, and lotions, Every drawer and cabinet are labeled. There is a washer and drayer. The kitchen/dining area is cozy but it works well with a circular couch. There is no stove but there is a hotplate, coffee maker, water heater, microwave and toaser. Good additions would be a broom and some dish towels. However, there are over 40 steep steps down...

« Other than my wife and I being locked out on the upper level deck, our stay was good. Our only suggestion is to address the balcony door, as it locks automatically when you go outside, even if you previously unlocked it. Being a senior couple, we were quite startled to find ourselves locked out. We felt trapped out there, as there was no safe way down from the balcony. We called out to people on the sidewalk and to our neighbors for 'Help!" When that didn't work, we were left wondering if we...

« We really like the area and the building is walkable to were we go. Our room is over a garage but more than enough space for me and my fiancé. The patio area outside of the room is a nice spot to hangout and watch a sunset or just chit chat. The room even had a hot plate. We didn't need to use it. Still good to know. We'll for sure be back when we go out that way again. Also, the food by the water is so good. »

« Parking was great. I didn’t realize there were so many stairs. I should have because of the name “ penthouse” and the view pictured on Vrbo site. It was a beautiful area »
