« A really lovely place in a lovely setting, parking is great. We had a few housekeeping issues and problems getting Ubers and taxis from the property. We did enjoy our stay, but if being honest, next time we would stay in Burford. If travelling by sat nav it will take you up a single track road, which is the turning past the property, we ended up through a gate in someone else’s house, a taxi driver did the same thing and had to reverse out on to the main road, we could hear him being beeped...

« Perfect cottage for our family of 6. Great location with variety of dining and shopping options, perfect amount of space for the family to spread out or all be in one room together. Beautiful garden. The parking is tight for large vehicles but we made it work. The cottage is cute with historic charm and some low ceilings, but we’re all over 6’ tall found the charm worth ducking our heads for. Highly recommend the Dolphin House! »

« Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. Owners did accommodate extra bedding when informed and the property is clean with good bedding and towels. »
