To encourage customers to submit their review, we send an email with a link to review the hotel and sometimes we include an Expedia Rewards discount or coupon to use on a future trip. We publish all reviews, whether positive or negative, as long as they meet our content guidelines. This moderation is automated. Any refusal is checked manually, and, if maintained, informed to the author by motivated email. We do not make changes and have no contact with the authors.
