This property made for an amazing family vacation. The breakfast every morning included eggs, breakfast meats, waffles, fresh fruits, a variety of baked goods, fresh juices, hot coffee and so much more. The pool was clean and fun for my kids, there was even free laundry facilities. There was a fun social event M-W evenings with appetizers and drinks to enjoy and they set out cookies to snack on every evening we were there. The staff was all so kind and I would recommend staying at Staybridge Amherst NY to everyone going to the area!

Really what was bad about the hotel was the pool, the water was definitely not clear and the tile around the top of the pool was gross, it really needs to be cleaned. Staff was super nice and helpful, but please clean your pool.

Property is filthy! Disgusting! I would never ever ever stay again! The price u payed compared to what I received feels like I was robbed!!!! They need ti close this dirty place down. I am sooo disappointed in Expedia and their false ratings!!!

Everything is spotted and has heavy abuse sings. Dirty swimming pool with milky water. The only pros is breakfast buffet

The location is nice with places to eat. The bed is very uncomfortable, the pool water looks dirty, the breakfast they serve in the morning is not good. If you smoke marijuana do not leave any wrap residue in the trash of your room they will lie and say you was smoking in the room just off of the residue in the trash even when the front desk staff can verify you went outside to smoke. They will lie and say your room smell like marijuana when there was no smoking done in the room at all and charge you $250. I will never stay with them again.

Dear Anonymous we are sorry that you chose to smoke in the room after you signed the agreement that you would not. Contrary to your statement you were not penalized you just won't be welcomed back in the future.

Great Place
Great place with incredibly friendly staff. Location is perfect for us and there is plenty of restaurants if needed out the front door. It is definitely a little outdated but it’s clean and comfortable.

This is my 4th stay at this particular property. I liked how it’s so close to the Buffalo campus and the options below. I enjoy looking out my window to see foot traffic. Noise wasn’t bad at all- however I’m a city girl, noise level is all relative.
