We had a great experience at Casa Joseph! Rooms were very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Our friends stayed in another hotel that cost twice as much and wasn’t anywhere near as nice as this one. We highly recommend this boutique hotel!

Newer property, great staff. Francisco at the front desk was extremely pleasant and very helpful. We were able to communicate with him in English and his dinner recommendations were superb. Nice rooftop pool and small lounging area. New restaurant opened right next door on our 2nd day there. Local coffee spot had very friendly staff, as well.

Property was clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Front desk staff (Gabriel specifically) was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent for strolling Palermo Soho.

Front desk gave us the warmest greeting and spent a great amount of time explaining the surrounding area and broader city- included restaurant and entertainment as well as safety tips. We immediately felt comfortable and was a great start to our amazing trip to Buenos Aires.

The property is very nice and the pictures are pretty on par to what the room looks like. My only complaint is the room smelled like smokers lived there and it may be embedded in the furniture. The room could use a deep clean as well as we saw hair from a previous guests on the lamp.

Great hotel at Casa Joseph, we loved staying in the Palermo SoHo area. The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, at a reasonable mid-range price. We had mini kitchenette with fridge, which made breakfast and lunch in suite easy. The manager Gabriel was awesome - his English is excellent, to compensate for my very weak Spanish, and he came up with great suggestions of local restaurants within walking distance, and helped us arrange taxis and transport, money exchange, etc. One of the best overall hotel experiences we’ve had in are travels - highly recommended!

Bien ubicado, edificio nuevo
Está muy bien ubicado en el corazón de Palermo, a pasos del centro comercial Los Arcos, Parrilla de Don Julio, El Preferido, Plaza Serrano. El inmueble está muy bien, es nuevo, muy cómodo, pero todavía le falta pulirse. El área de spa no se encuentra habilitada aún. A la dicha de la habitación le falta fuerza. Valentina en recepción fue un encanto, siempre dispuesta a resolver cualquier solicitud nuestra.

Casa Joseph was one of the BEST hotels that we’ve ever stayed at! Since it’s a small boutique hotel- they take the time to get to know you and welcome you back after you’ve been out for the day! Everyone at the front desk was very accommodating- especially since not many people in Argentina speak English! But Gabriel, Juan Jose, Valentina and Valeria- ALL went out of their way to help us with restaurant suggestions, money changing, interpreting our flight info to Iguazu Falls, and even fashioning a handicap seat for the shower after injuring my hip!! There is lots to see & do in the Palmero neighbor, and it seems very safe! If we ever get the chance to come back to Buenos Aires- it would be the ONLY place we stay!!
