It's located on Cerviño Avenue, known for being an area of quality bars and restaurants. A few meters from Libertador Avenue where you will find a combination of architecture and green spaces ideal for a stroll. Also very close to the Ecoparque, La Rural, the United States Embassy, Fernández Hospital, and the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires, among other points of interest!
It is a very spacious and comfortable studio apartment. Very bright, but with curtains that perfectly block the light. It features a queen bed, smart TV, excellent internet connection, air conditioning, and heating. Fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom with hairdryer.

Plus, it's surrounded by lots of greenery, especially along Avenida Cerviño, where you'll see plenty of trees from your balcony. You'll find everything here: restaurants of all kinds, from Argentine grills to international cuisine. And there are plenty of places to visit, like the Rosedal de Palermo, the Ecoparque, La Rural, and the United States Embassy. You don't have to worry about safety; it's one of the safest neighborhoods in the city. And you have everything you need nearby: pharmacies, laundromats, and supermarkets just a few steps away. It's a lovely area for walking. You'll also find plenty of public transportation on Las Heras Avenue and Libertador Avenue. Transport apps like Uber, Didi, or Cabify work very well in the area, as do taxis.
