The apartment was absolutely stunning and very clean and the staff were very friendly but unfortunately we ended up leaving earlier than planned due to the noise levels outside late at night. While we understand that the central location is a real plus bookers should be aware that some of the apartments experience a lot of external noise (which we understand is not the owners fault) on Friday and Saturday nights as the building is in a brilliantly central location but the apartment was on the first floor with the bedroom window at the junction of two busy streets. If noise doesn't bother you or you are visiting Budapest to enjoy the night life then these apartments are great but for us the noise was just too much.

The TG apartment had a spacious bathroom, nice kitchen and was well laid out for the 3 of us. The location is great and walkable to public transportation and great dining choices as well as historic areas. There is "air" conditioning but no cold air and in early April we were uncomfortably hot every night. This was the only drawback. Everything else was 5 stars.

Communication was great. We found everything we needed, except didn’t have time to figure out how to use the oven as a microwave. I’m sure we could have asked, but written instructions might be helpful. Lots of transportation options available. I highly recommend getting the Budapest card since it includes hassle free transportation as well as free admission and discounts to popular attractions.

We stayed in the stunning Marble apartment. Loads of room for our family, TWO bathrooms, laundry, nicely appointed kitchen. I can't say enough about the location and comfort of this room. The reception was very helpful as well!

When we arrived outside to an unassuming doot we were a little apprehensive but once we managed to find the reception and made it to our room we were blown away. The apartment was gorgeous, immaculately clean and really well supplied with everything you'd need. We had an apartment which overlooks the street so it could be a little noisy at times but we didnt mind, i'd just advise earplugs if you're a light sleeper. We absolutely loved our stay, the stay were super friendly and helpful and the location is excellent, walking distance to everywhere. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Spacious modern apartment in the best location!
Spacious, nicely styled room right next to St Stephen's Basilica and the Christmas markets! The check in is all online and seamless. The staff are available via email or messaging and very responsive. We had no issues with our room and were pleasantly surprised with how big and modern it was! The location was also fantastic. It is right on the corner of the street with the main Christmas markets. Would highly recommend!

Great location and beautiful big apartment (superior Brass). Walking distance from most things and a taxi to anywhere else. I would say, Download the Bolt app for using taxis. This appartment is 5* and we will use them again when we come back.

Excellent property in the very nice old town, mins walking to the Chain Bridge and walking distance to all attractions and shopping/restaurants. The apt is very spacious with kitchen and refrigerator. The staff was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Fab apartment in great location
lovely apartment right in the heart of Budapest (the Pest Side). Close to restaurants, bars and the Basilica. We stayed 3 nights. Apartment well equipped. The only downside was we couldn't control the heating and it got very warm at nights with windows and shutters down

Location, location, location. This is in the center of everything in Budapest, including most of the great restaurants, the cathedral, the chain bridge to Buda and within walking distance of the Jewish quarter. The building is slightly old but the studio itself is quaint and well designed. Upon arrival there was a small issue with the studio but it was resolved In a timely manner. The interaction with the staff was great, they were on top of all our requests. Good value for your money.

I highly recommend! It is a little confusing to navigate the interior of the building with the "reception" located on the mezzanine (up a flight of stairs, through a door & down a hallway) as it is not in the lobby. After my confusion was remedied, I found a beautiful apartment! It was huge, clean & beautifully decorated. Laundry was in my particular room . My only (very small) issue was the wifi was not very strong, but it certainly was not weak either. I brought this up as a polite matter when I was leaving, but I stress this did NOT reduce my satisfaction with the apartment. Their security is high in the building as I was required to enter 3 codes (one for the street entrance, one for the door to the 2nd floor foyer of my upgraded room & one for my apartment door)... so I strongly suggest taking a "screen shot photo" of these codes on your phone so you can refer to them when you arrive each time. It is certainly a learning process when you first attempt these codes. They provide the codes the day of check-in. As I would leave each day for sightseeing, I would take a look into various rooms they were cleaning and each room was so unique and well decorated! My final word: the staff was so nice! They were very polite, sweet and accommodating! I would stay in TG Suites again without a doubt! FYI, my friend stayed at the Intercontinental for twice the price, a room a fraction the size of my room, without laundry and he was only 5 minute walk from TG Suites: I WIN!

Excelente ubicación, muy limpio. Es difícil entrar a la prioridad. Cuando llegamos no hubo nadie que nos ayude. Y en correo no indican que donde se encuentra la oficina de la administración. Por lo demás es un excelente lugar para quedarse.

The location of this aparthotel was exceptional. Definitely able to walk to any of the many Budapest sites from it and there are many restaurants to choose from as well as a market close by. The room was very compact and the bed was very hard.

Felt like home but needs better communication
We stayed at the Deluxe Apartment of TG Design Suites and loved the place. It had a spacious bedroom and a spacious living room with a queen sized pull-out. It was a pleasant surprise that there were two full bathrooms, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The other nice surprise was that we had a laundry machine. The downsides: I asked the hotel for our access code to the room the day before and again the morning of our travels, worried that I would not have wifi. We actually waited outside the building door from 2:30pm-3pm in the heat. Fortunately, I had wifi access from a nearby restaurant that we ate lunch at. I had to keep running back and forth between the hotel and the restaurant to see if the hotel had sent me the access code which finally came a little past 3pm. We requested for 11am checkout and they came knocking on our door at 10am, 10:30am, and finally told us a guest was checking in 11:30am. So....other people can check in early while we had to wait until past 3pm? There was also not a microwave oven in the kitchen. Despite these, we still loved the place for its location, privacy and spaciousness. The staff was also helpful when our airport shuttle did not show up on time.
