Excellent accueil
Excellent accueil nous avons eu une chambre plus grande que prévue. Tout était impeccable la chambre faite tous les jours. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

A wonderful building that has been superbly converted. Apart from some minor issues of limited hanging space and storage spaces rather haphazard and awkward to access there was only one aspect that I found less than excellent. Air conditioning is, of course, essential in the building but I found the effect of the extremely dry air breathed during the night quite unpleasant with nasal passgages and throat affected. If any means could be found to add some humidity it would be most welcome.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely location close to bus stops, sightseeing etc. Staff were all lovely, friendly, helpful people especially Janette in the restaurant. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options available to suit all diets. I plan to visit again soon with my daughter

The building was beautifully renovated. The room was modern with High ceiling and everything in the room worked. The hotel is centrally located with a short walking distance to opera house and parliament. Staff at check in and breakfast were friendly, polite and accommodated all our requests. I Highly recommend this hotel.

I would definitely return.
Loved the hotel! While it is slightly out of the way, it's still within walking distance to the major attractions. The hotel itself is very nice! The classical architecture screams classy all the way. My favorite are the barrel vaulted painted ceilings. The hotel has a lot of photo opportunities. My only major recommendation is that they pain the walls in some of the corridors as it appears they have been scratched up over time. Otherwise, amazing place and amazing customer attention and service! To top it all off, I had a great deal! I would definitely return.

Lovely hotel, room was modern and very clean with all the essentials. The building itself was beautiful and had lovely historic features. The gym and the sauana were a great added touch. The location is so central, close to lots of restaurants and bars. It was also easy to walk around and explore! It was a 25 min walk from one bath and 40 from another! Highly recommend

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Conveniently, you can purchase a Hop-on-Hop-off ticket at the reception. The Christmas market is approximately a 25-minute walk away. I utilised the Blot taxi app for my evening airport transfer, costing £25 (10750). While there's no swimming pool, the sauna comfortably accommodates around 5 people. The breakfast was delightful, and I would definitely return.
