« Property Manager are awful to communicate with. Within the first 30mins, we found blood on pillows and wall. Multiple items were broken. I don't recommend this to place. Vents were so dirty, dust was falling on the floor. Oh let me not forget garage is broken so you have to walk to get to the front door. Which is not close to the townhome. »

« Cute Boho style home located in a nice part of Goodyear. Decor was adorable, beds were comfortable, pool area with pool floaties was a hit. The only thing lacking was extra linens, cookware set- had very few pots, pans and cookware. There were no bbq utensils which made BbQ’ing a challenge but other than that we would definitely recommend this home . It was a relaxing week away! »

« DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! Communication was spotty at best. When we arrived there was a STRONG odor of cat pee coming from one of the three bedrooms that ultimately was unusable during our stay, leaving one of our party to sleep on the couch. Baseboard were visibly stained with pee. When I contacted the hosts they said " It was cleaned before your arrival, and according to our cleaner, no foul smell was reported." They offered to send the cleaners out but there was nothing that could be done at...

« Perfect for what we needed. Temperature reached 100 so the pool was very comfortable. Beds are very very comfortable. Great for families. »
