« we booked this hotel due to it having a hot tub, we checked in on Friday 5-29-2026. nothing was relayed prior to check in that the hot tub was not working. as i was waiting in line to check in Friday afternoon my fiancé walked to use the restroom and he looked into the pool area and noticed there was caution tape around the hot tub. we asked the young lady at the front desk and she assured us that it would be fixed tomorrow (Saturday 5/30/26), which it was not fixed then. it was still not usable...
