It's a 5-star superior hotel, both structurally and organizationally, and it certainly has the appearance of one. However, the room had not been dusted in many areas for quite some time. The minibar was practically nonexistent, the fridge didnât work, and a significant amount of water had to be wasted before the hot water arrived. The beds were not properly made the next dayâthe duvet was left as it wasâand the cups used for tea were not washed. A breakfast table, used by one of the residents, was left in the corridor from the morning until the evening. However, what bothered me the most was the lack of courtesy (to put it mildly) from the security staff in the evening
