Great hotel very clean and comfortable. Given free upgrade to suite without even asking . Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast restaurant very clean and friendly staff and good food. Dining restaurant was good food but let down a bit by lack of atmosphere as we were only ones in it the first night - restaurant staff friendly but not in view a lot of time to ask for things having to wait at bar etc Overall very nice hotel

This hotel was excellent value for your money. The front desk staff were very personable and willing to do anything to make our stay better. The breakfast was excellent. They even made me an omlleate upon request.

The staff were all excellent and helpful. There was a very large selection at breakfast. The only thing would be that the decor in the room seemed a little tired, although we have no complaints about the facilities or cleanliness.

Rooms need updating carpet had holes in them need to have ashtrays outside. staff and breakfast good bit further fromm centre than i thought . .

Property was excellent and excellent location to visit local shops and lunch areas. Would stay here again indefinitely. Concierge team was extremely nice and helpful and the hotel restaurant is quite nice as well. I am a cigar smoker and it was nice enjoying a cigar in the early afternoon with a coffee and rum on the restaurant patio. 10/10

Le Chatelain Hotel review
Upmarket hotel, but the shower over the bathtub has NO lighting so you have to shower in the dark. Also the hairdryer could be better . I've stayed at cheaper hotels with better lighting in the shower and a better quality hairdrier!

Central location, 35 minutes walk to Le Grand Place and the same to European Parliament. The hotel was very clean, beautiful good size rooms and very friendly staff. We loved it and would definitely go back.

We stayed at this property for two nights. The jr suite was very large, and the accommodations were nice. We were not near either of the most local train stations, which was a small problem, due to the strikes. It did work out ok, and we were able to get around, but it would have been easier if we had chosen a hotel closer to a station. There was a laundry mat about three blocks away where we washed and refreshed our laundry, since we were on an extended trip with a lot of travel involved. The one negative about our room was the inconvenience of not having an outlet to charge my phone on my side of the bed.

Old world quality service and comfort.
Exceptionally quiet, comfortable and walkable location. The best staff ever!! As it turned out we had planned to depart for London after our stay however a technical problem in London prohibited any flights so we returned the Le Chatelain and it felt like we were coming home. The rooms we had were absolutely huge. Yes I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in Brussels.

I booked 3 rooms for a family of 5. They could only find 2 so I had to upgrade and pay extra. Later after I shared the hotels.com reservation number, did they find the third room. Despite their mistake they still charged me for the upgrade. Which I didnt need!

Charming Find in Brussels
The hotel is very nice and the staff very very friendly. I had a lovely large room with back garden view. I have no complaint other than a slightly dirty golden carpet in the hallway of the 6th floor , but I am very particular about hotel common areas. All else was quite fine and condo!! So many charming bars and restaurants just down the street. Hip and trendy and young area
