« Liked the layout and cleanliness of the suite. We had a significant issue leading to very little sleep over two nights. The neighbours above the suite were incredibly loud until 5 a.m one morning and early the second night. We think they had a number of dogs. The second night we could hear a fight and lots of arguing and swear words. Seemed to be little noise protection between the two units. »

« We stayed here for a few nights while visiting as tourists. Having a combo washing machine/dryer was really nice! The apartment was clean and included snacks! Host was very communicative. We personally didn't have any issues with anyone breaking into our car while parked in the lot. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash looked like it had been mounted to the shower wall at some point and broke off - was a little awkward to store our toiletries on the shower floor. »

« The place was pretty clean, however the Keurig did not look clean at all so I could not use it and also there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand. « The host was very responsive and the place was lovely, safe and quiet, close to downtown and had plenty of street as well as dedicated parking spaces. I'd pack shampoo and moisturizer (something I usually don't pack when I book a hotel), everything else is available at the location. »

« The rental was clean, with the exception of some of the door frames. The location is okay. It’s a reasonably pleasant walk to the Q line. Both bedrooms are upstairs, while the only bathroom is downstairs. It is an old building, so the stairs are steep, with narrow treads. If you have mobility issues, you might want to consider a different rental. Also worth mentioning is that the floors and stairs are very loud. The owner is responsive, and we didn’t have any problems occur during our stay. »

The check in process was a little confusing and it was a little hard to locate the building but host helped by sending pictures. Area around the building is a bit sketch but knowing you had to unlock the building to get in made you feel a bit safer. « Upon arrival, we had difficulty communicating with the owner. There had been a payment issue but VRBO never told us & any messages the owner was sending never came through. The link to the page that was supposed to contain instructions was broken. We had to contact VRBO and get them to contact the owner, only to find out we had to process a payment to get access. Note - the outside of the building and the parking areas are POORLY maintained. The gated parking is wild. People park any sort of way...
