« Just checked out of the Premier Inn Belgrade Plaza Coventry and I don’t think I’ve had such a mixed hotel experience in a long time. Mixed cos on one hand the room quality, the bedding, the air conditioning, overall cleanliness of the lifts, toilets, common passageways were all quite good, but on the other hand, the utter lack of human connect from their staff was baffling. Everybody, right from the check-in staff, to the lady who ushered us in for breakfast each morning, to the one who...

« Beds were comfortable. Check in and Check out were easy. Room was clean and open. We had everything we needed, including coffee or tea for the AM. I would absolutely stay there again. Everything is nearby, you are within walking distance of the train station, a great shopping area, and historic Coventry with University of Coventry. The hotel was able to easily call a cab for us to get to the University of Warwick and to the train station (we were in a rush) . Unfortunately, it appears shops...

« I have never had a more uncomfortable night at a hotel in my life. I know the UK is having a heat wave, but adding a cheap fan that moved less air than I could with a folded piece of paper does not constitute a decent attempt to keep guests cool. The attached pub didn't have any food, which was the main reason for booking there in the first place. Frankly I won't be staying at Premier Inn again is if this is the way they treat their guests. »
