« Rose cottage is in a lovely village and great value for money. We wondered if the shower room would be an issue after reading other reviews but it has now been completely refurbished to a good standard. The property is clean, comfortable and decorated attractively throughout. The parking spaces outside are limited but we left our car around the corner without any problem. We'd happily stay there again. »

« 3rd time at Bennys. Such a comfortable house, extremely clean and warm. Village has one shop, a chippy and a pub. Only 10 min walk from the Wetlands, which is great for my, birdwatching hubby. Bathroom downstairs. All amenities are easy to use. Very relaxing for us in our 70s. Communication from Cottages.com is excellent.Highly recommended. »

« Pleasant place to stay. »

« On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. « Hotel is very modern and clean. Very easy to walk to from Hull Train Station. Have stayed here a few times now. Less fussed about our afternoon tea booking at the Lexington, where we shared a room with a wedding reception, when our function was a 70th birthday. This wasn’t properly stated when we booked and impacted our enjoyment of the session. »

« Comfortable room. Excellent food in restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful »

« Clean comfortable room with private bathroom friendly staff fully equipped kitchen Shops only few minutes walk away. »

« Il faut savoir que l hôtel vous préleve 100 euros en plus dès l arrivée et que vous les récupéré bien plus tard 1 mois après environ . Bien sûr sous certaines conditions. Hôtel assez bruyant »

« The Arms is a beautiful hotel, well maintained, in great shape, lovely staff and food and a nice room. The ONLY thing I would point out is that the tv channel options were limited and as my wife and I were fresh to the timezone it would have been nice to have some more channel choices when we couldn’t sleep. »

« Je ne suis restée qu'une seule nuit. Dommage !!! »
