« While we understand there was a storm a few weeks prior. The site should have posted updated information based on all the severe damage done to the hotel. The outside was pretty ripped up and looked dilapidated while the inside the rooms on the first floor were fine. Due to flooding, the bar atrium area were closed and the restaurant was open and the breakfast was good. We had to turn off the AC in the middle of the night since it was so loud we couldn't sleep. « I was disappointed to learn that the pool was closed during my stay. Additionally, housekeeping services were only provided every three days, which meant I frequently had to request fresh towels and washcloths. I also experienced a leak from the window whenever it rained. Another inconvenience was that there were no trash bags in the trash cans, which made it uncomfortable to dispose of trash directly into the bins. « Room was clean and cozy. Staff were wonderful and so nice! They worked super hard and were extra polite. Breakfast was mediocre but free and food. Pool & hot tub were on the smaller side, well maintained, and very clean. Though could use better ventilation, heavy chlorine smell. That’s often pretty standard. »
