Bucksport is only 15 mins in the opposite direction where you can get food, groceries, there is a CVS pharmacy should you need it and if your kids really want McDonalds that is there as well. « Wish we could have contacted the host. One sleepless night because of air in the pipes. No way to turn off the water at the toilet which kept running. No water shut offs in the bathroom at all.
