« The apartment is a sparkling clean studio in central Hoboken, near the main thoroughfare, Washington St, and close to the water. The location was perfect to experience both ends of Hoboken as well as to get into the City easily. Everything worked in the Apt, and AJ was great in answering any questions. Being an older building, just be aware there are not many free outlets, but we had a splitter and had no issues. Great place to stay for a couple or solo traveler. »

« I can't say enough great things about the location and amount of space provided with this listing. We had 8 adults and everyone fit comfortably. The 2 parking spaces were a great bonus and the view from the rooftop & in the living room were awesome. »

« This unit is very close to the Rudgers University Hospital. The unit was very secured. We like the private parking. Check in and check out process was very smooth. I highly recommend this unit. It was very spacious and well equipped. The only thing that I will recommend to the host is to add mirrors to the bedrooms. Other than that our stay was very pleasant. »

« L’appartement propre et bien situé à West NY, bus très proche et nombreux commerces à proximité. On rejoint Manhattan facilement en bus. Reinier est très sympa et très pro. Le gros problème vient du voisin du dessus, il fait beaucoup de bruit. Impossible de dormir jusqu’à 4 heure du matin car il court en pleine.nuit et le samedi musique à fond, la police a du intervenir. Dommage que le voisinage soit si mauvais. »

« Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. »
