« It is an excellent property which I’d highly recommend. The one caveat is that I did have to contact the host for arrival details and for the WiFi information, whereas I’d expect them to provide these without prompting. Otherwise everything was good. The property was clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful when I smashed a glass item (of mine) and brought over a vacuum cleaner. I also reported that the washing machine wasn’t working and it was replaced 2 days later. »

« We were visiting Bristol and Bath for the weekend and this place was the perfect base for us to do so. Comms were good and access to the property was straightforward. The house had everything we needed for a cosy and comfortable stay and everything we used was in good working order (oven/hob, wifi, tv, shower). Good value for money so we would gladly return if we're back in the area. »
