« Excellent communication, very clean residence, simple check in and check out. Two improvements: 1. The knob to turn the water on and select hot/cold in the tub/shower needs to be replaced. It does not function properly and we were not able to take a hot shower. 2. Make it clearer that the residence is apart of an apartment complex. This fact may not matter to some customers but it would have been a major component for other customers. »

« The cabin was lovely and clean, and the instructions, although lengthy, were very clear. We loved seeing how the solar panels provided enough energy, and the fans made the space comfortable in the heat. I loved that everything was covered up for the dogs.
