« The room I stayed in was very clean, also had a laundry attached to the room. Has aircon, and a bathtub as well as shower. No microwave in the room i was in, but did have a jug, toaster bowls, very small milk for a couple of cuppas. Bed was pretty comfy and staff was helpful. Would recommend staying here, is very close to Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre (just across the road). »

« I made a booking and received confirmation stating standard ID requirements applied at check-in. However, this is not the case. As there is no reception desk to check into, I was asked to upload a photo of my driver’s licence in addition to a selfie holding my bankcard displaying my full name and expiry dates. I was further asked to provide a screenshot of my bank account that payment had been made from. I queried how my personal ID, images and banking details were being stored and voiced...
