Dear guest, thanks your review. However, we didn't advertise with WIFI in the room, and we do have after hour telephone service. You only need one key to enter, and we are not sure what do you mean need multiple keys.

Dear guest, your comment is very important. When you made booking, there is very clearly state our reception hours. However, we do have 24x7 check in system. We sent you the after hour check in instruction on check in date if you can't come during our reception hour. The receptionist was waiting for another guest check in on 25/3 until 8:30pm. During the waiting time, there is no phone call, message or email from you that notify us that you will come late. We also sent you the instruction via your mobile phone. If you decided not to come or cancelation, it is your decision. But we do not reserve such low score or comment. It was very busy night on 25/3. People desperate for a room. What a waste for the day if you decided not to come without notify us.
