Hôtel bien situé au centre-ville. La station de train se trouve au rez-de-chaussée donc accès direct pour aller a l’aéroport. Restaurants et cafés à proximité. Parfait pour un court séjour. La chambre est propre, rideaux opactes, bonne literie, mini frigidaire avec mini bar payant.

Fortement déçu
Sofitel en déclin: à part le building et l'entrée, hotel vraiment lugubre: chambre tristes mal isolées, gaves douteuses sur portes et poignées, équipements insignifiants. Que se passe t-il Dans cet hotel? Salle de bain refaite à neuf très promote mais pas pour un 5 étoiles: Accor a décidé de geler des investissements, d'économiser sur les budgets? Si Sofitel Australie est à ce niveau, je mets une croix sur cette enseigne ici...

Régalez vous avec les petits déjeuners
Nous avons passé une nuit au Sofitel de Brisbane. Très bien reçu malgré une arrivée tardive. Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié : les petits déjeuners toujours au top dans les Sofitel.

The room we stayed in was run down, there was mouldy smell, bathroom was not cleaned properly even though we had wait nearly an hour to get the room. Pillows had stains on them. No ideal with a 7 month old baby. Well below expectations

Rooms a little dated, but still nice. Comfy bed, complimentary water, nice facilities & convenient bedding above the Central Train Station. Pool & Spa area is nice, but only gets the morning sun, so no good for sun baking, but great area for kids being sun smart. Great spot, within walking distance to Southbank & other areas…

The room is spacious and comfortable. I found a tv controller and electric kettle did not work but they replaced it to another one immediately. The hotel is connected toCentral station so very convenient for my sightseeing trip. When I was lost, I just asked somebody the location of the station and was able to find the hotel easily.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas, it was a real treat, the restaurant is beautiful and the restaurant staff are so welcoming - nothing was a bother; we have four young children and they were so patient with them. The lobby was beautifully decorated, you could be in New York City, everything was beautiful. The only negative was that the receptionist was a bit cold, and be for the extras, they don’t miss you! You have to pay for parking onsite which I found a bit odd, over $300 for 2 cars for 3 full days. But other than that, it was wonderful!

The Sofitel was conveniently located to the inner city shopping district, as well as Suncorp Stadium, which was ideal for us.

The Sofitel definitely has the advantage of location, location, location - As it is situated directly above central station in the heart of the city. However, this venue is not only about it’s location - the staff that I met and the venues on site facilitates, were beyond par. The junior suite is a great choice.
