Was greatful to have somewhere to stay for the night as our plans changed and had to make a last minute booking. This was the only place available that looked decent, would have been quite flash in its heyday, a bit dated now but couldn't fault the cleanliness, beautifully made beds, breakfast was an added extra, a box with cereal milk brownie & orange juice. Restaurant closed permanently. Pool looked nice but not heated and it was a cold day.

It was central to everything,the area is quiet. Room is quite small but fine for the one night. It should have been aired out beforehand or have the window in the actual room left open as the room has a smell to it. Room was really dusty but otherwise clean. The king size bed was actually two single mattress's put together,so made for a uncomfortable sleep with our daughter in the bed. I choose this place for the continental breakfast,but that was a disappointment. It was left in the fridge consisting of a juice box, a small packet of cereal with a small long life milk and a tiny cereal bar. That is not a continental breakfast. Their restaurant is also permanently closed. So we had to go find dinner and breakfast which was a shame.

Hi Michelle,Our rooms are all studio rooms stated on our websites/advertisements, not a apartment style room. We apologise about our breakfast option also. We will update this for future guests. Our restaurant has been permanently closed for over 3 years now, which is explained on all our websites. Our staff are more than happy to provide eatery options when called upon, we are here to help! Sorry that some of these things werent up to your standed. We hope you were able to enjoy the stay where you could.

Its a Motel.. clean but thats about i. The Aircon makes so much noise .. The shower leaks and the shower head spurts water everywhere. I will not recommend.

In terms of Microwave, we do have a communal microwave on a terrace area that guests are allowed to access. Unfortunately, due to lisencing/insurance purposes we arent able to have any cooking facilities in the rooms, which is stated on our room description. The staff and high ceilings are amazing.
The receptionists could not do enough for us, all other staff we encountered were brilliant. The room was clean and neat. Loved the high ceilings. They set up a cot for us and nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast packs were great. I can't say enough good things.

Exceptional stay for business travellers
Very quiet location which was exactly what I was looking for. Also the ameneties provided was excellent compared to a big hotels charging double the value for room with a view. Also the continental breakfast box was also very full filling.

I liked the gardens and a great feeling of peace quite and calmness. I am from 🇵🇬 Papua New Guinea. I spent a night there and loved it. The 1st impressiion when I arrived was a bit worrying because the reception is adjacent to an old run down building. However the onsite Manager named Wendy was fantastic. She immediately attented to me and got me settled in. Only worry the location is a little far from the train station.

Reception area was very inviting. Customer service was exceptional. Room was lovely and spacious, enough power points and lighting. Clean for the most part, unfortunately the seals around the shower were mouldy, but everything else was exceptional. Price was really reasonable. I would definitely stay again...

Great motel with easy access. Breakfast in the fridge was a nice touch. The room was all set up with our extra bed before we arrived. Roomy bathroom.

Comfortable Room in an eclectic Motel
We had a very nice stay; the room was spacious and well-equipped, including with a lovely bath tub. The staff we encountered were friendly. However, I was counting on the advertised Wifi to do some urgent work, but unfortunately there was never a signal and thus no internet. We were told that the system had to get an upgrade.

We arrived when reception was closed, obtaining the keys was a smooth and easy process. Our room was clean and the bathroom was spotless with thick, fluffy towels! Overall presentation was great. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
