It's located in a downtrodden area. In back of the motel is an older motel, which I thought was closed. It turns out it's being used for low-income housing. Also, the room smelled of pine cleaner.

Disappointing
The sheets and towels were clean. The floor and bathroom were clean. The lighting was poor, even though they were a number of lights in the room. No hairdryer, no decent chair to sit in to read. As far as coffee - it was supposed to be ready in the office at 6:30. NOT! Just one Mr Coffee pot with regular coffee. No decaf. We were disappointed to say the least! No room for a better review. We will not be back.

Booked non smoking room, but their non smoking room smelled of smoke. Room was dirty, bedding was stained. Bathroom was filthy. When I told front desk, they didn’t care. Don’t recommend staying at this location.

The hotel room was definitely bare bones and had not been updated in ages. Bathroom was disgusting!!

Traveling home for christmas. Not the cheapest but still very old and worn. It was in good shape. Bring your own shampoo. An ironing board was softer than the bed. No bugs.

The floor was filthy. My white socks were filthy after walking on the floor for just 5mins. The staff was very pleasant.

It was somewhat difficult for a weary traveler to find a room the way the building is #ed and an empty restaurant in front makes it appear there are no rooms on one side but there are.. and that's where my room was..

I didn't like the managers monitoring my rooms all night nor them trying to sell wash and bath towels for showers for $20. Very unexceptable..

There was nothing to like. Flies and mosquitos all over the room, the biggest roaches ive ever seen and all linens and towels were dirty, smelly and stained. I had someonebtry and get into my room through the conjoined doors and the front door. I was there less than an hour

Conveniently located for an overnight stay While on a road trip. Easy access to fast food and groceries. Nonsmoking rooms stink like smoke. No in room coffee. They have a pot in the lobby, but once it’s empty they don’t refill so come early. We would try somewhere else next time.

Decent Road Trip Hotel
Excellent no frills road trip hotel. My late night check in was fast and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. If what is you need is just a good place to sleep and shower on a road trip then this is a good value.

I’d stay again.
Easy check in. I was riding my adventure motorcycle, he got me a ground floor room that had parking in front of my door. They also gave me a late checkout due to rain. As a motel 6, I’d stay there again.

Stay away
The check in went fine. Then I got to my room and found other guest cooking outside. There was a large population of people living in this motel. It was in a unsafe part of town. I did not feel safe here. I’ll looked outside my window at 7 and many people milling around outside. I had a camper and bike and valuables in my car and was afraid I might be robbed. I finally decided to leave knowing I wouldn’t sleep with the activities going on outside. 56 bucks down the drain. Hotels.com needs to vet the hotels on there website to offer only safe places to stay.

We got all kind of working people but this is country side safe property and safe environment not like big metropolitan cities.

Adequate for a one night stay.
The room was recently renovated but the bathroom floor was not and it had dark stains between tiles. There were no facial tissues and there were only two pillows.

We’ve stayed here years ago so decided to stay again since we have dogs. Anytime we’ve stayed here it’s been great. We stayed with kids and dogs and didn’t feel unsafe. The room was clean and quiet, staff were very friendly and super accommodating. This is a place we have stayed and will stay anytime we pass through Brinkley and we’ve never had a bad experience.

Don't stay here!
We aren't super picky when it comes to hotels, but this was the absolute worst hotel we've stayed at!!! We'll travel a little further to avoid this one.

Should be abandoned like the motel behind it
Absolutely horrible. Bugs in the room, sheets stained with pee, urine odor. If you really want a sight to see, just ring the doorbell for the hotel receptionist, you’ll probably just wake her up from her slumber so don’t be surprised to see her come out barefoot in leopard pajamas. Just be patient with her, she’s going to give you attitude and call you a liar anyway when you tell her what’s wrong with the room. Either way, we left 30 minutes after being there and drove straight through to our destination.
