Lovely Boutique Garden Studio & Parking, Close to South Downs National Park

Welcome to our new private garden studio in the vibrant city of Brighton. You will have your own free parking space and a small, private garden terrace for a chilled glass of wine at the end of the day. We are perfectly located for the South Downs National Park, Brighton's famous beachfront and the Laines' shops, bars and restaurants.

Your studio space is light, cosy, and beautifully finished. Surrounded by trees, its peaceful positioning and the gentle sound of birdsong, make it the perfect place to unwind and relax.

For your meals, you will have use of a modern, fully-equipped kitchen including oven, twin hob, microwave and fridge as well as the full range of modern kitchen utensils. Even the sink has beautiful views over the rooftops towards to sea.

After you've relaxed on our comfortable sofa, with cosy side light, you'll sleep well in our queen-sized double bed with deep sprung mattress and fresh, white bed linen.
Please note: The main studio has a skylight so you can watch the moon and clouds pass by and eye-masks are provided.

With a modern en-suite bathroom, white walls throughout and natural wood effect flooring, we've made every effort to create a calm and serene environment for your special stay in Brighton.

There is full wifi & a smart TV for all your viewing requirements.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, with tiled flooring and a heated towel rail. Quality, deep piled towels will be provided.
Please note: The bathroom ceiling is low so anyone over 6ft 1" may need to duck a little in the shower.

The double bed is deep sprung with cotton sheets, bedside lighting and bedside tables. Inside the chest of drawers, you will find a multi-charger, that will connect to most smart phones and tablets.

There is a foldaway workstation/dining table, with chairs, as well as a very comfortable two seater sofa, and coffee table.

Complimentary fresh orange, tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided.
