The home is arranged across two floors. On the first floor, Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe space and two drawers in the chest of drawers. The bedding for the sofa bed is stored in the blanket box in this room.

On the second floor, Bedroom 2 has a comfortable double bed, a sofa and hanging space. Additional sleeping space is available on the sofa bed, making the property suitable for up to five guests.

The living room is a warm and inviting space with comfortable seating and a beautiful log burner, adding plenty of character and making the room especially cosy during the colder months. There’s also a TV with streaming options and fast Virgin Media WiFi of approximately 50 Mbps, so you can easily stay connected or relax with a film after a day out.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. You’ll also find a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and all the essential kitchenware.

The recently renovated bathroom has a fresh, modern feel, while a dedicated workspace provides a convenient spot for anyone working remotely during their stay.

Outside, the private outdoor space gives you somewhere to sit and unwind after exploring the city.

Heating is easily controlled using a remote, and hot water is available at all times. Please note that the log burner is intended for use during the colder months and is not recommended during spring and summer.

The location makes it easy to enjoy the best of Brighton. Preston Park is around a five-minute walk away, while London Road Station is just around the corner, providing convenient connections into central Brighton and beyond.

There’s plenty to discover locally, from the vibrant Open Market and independent cafés to great pubs, restaurants and local shops. Curio, Fato a Mano and El Campo are all nearby, with plenty of other places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. Brighton’s famous Lanes and seafront are also easily accessible when you want to explore further.

Parking is available nearby, with longer-stay bays close to London Road Station and shorter-term options on surrounding streets, including Gerard Street.

The property is family-friendly, but pets are not permitted. Parties are strictly not allowed out of respect for the neighbours. We also ask guests to remove shoes upstairs and avoid wearing shoes on the rugs to help keep the home in good condition.

Whether you’re visiting Brighton for a seaside break, exploring the city with friends, travelling with family or working remotely, this home offers a comfortable and characterful base in a great location.

Guests have full private access to the entire property, including both bedrooms, the living areas, kitchen, bathroom and private outdoor space. There are no shared areas, so you can enjoy the home entirely during your stay.

The property has a private entrance, and guests can come and go as they please throughout their stay.

Check-in is available after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Please do not check in early or check out late without prior permission, as this can disrupt our cleaner’s schedule and may result in a £30 charge.

Travel Cot & High Chair
A travel cot and high chair are available on request, subject to availability. The travel cot costs £15 and the high chair costs £10. Please pay for these at the time of booking, with payment received at least 24 hours before check-in. The travel cot includes a thick, breathable, anti-allergenic mattress suitable for Red Kite Travel Cots and Graco models (93 x 64 x 6 cm), although guests should bring their own cot bedding as linen is not provided. If you use the high chair, please return it clean at the end of your stay.

The property is professionally managed by Pass the Keys®, with a local team making sure everything is ready for your arrival. The home is professionally cleaned and prepared before each stay, with fresh linen, towels, toiletries and essential supplies provided. The team also carries out checks before guests arrive to make sure the property is ready for a comfortable stay.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
