« A perfect place to stay in Cheddar! The view is beautiful, and farm eggs kindly offered by Paul and Juddy, delicious! The cottage is equiped with everything you need- including a stove and a microwave. The road to the farm looks a little steep at first, but I had no problem going up the hill with my regular, "economy" rental car. Paul and Judy gave me great tips to enjoy my quick halt in Bath. « An excellent accommodation for my family requirements. 4 adults and 2 children. Good sized bedrooms, excellent kitchen and living area. Generally well equipped, some cleaning cloths required would be our only thought. Otherwise, excellent hosts who were available if required, and though living close where very descreet. « We had another fantastic stay at Waterfall cottage in Dalwood, thank you Tracey. The property was great for our family, nice and cosy, and had everything we needed. Loads of good places/beaches to visit within a 20 minute drive or so, whilst we also enjoyed the delights of Dalwood including a superb dinner at the Tuckers Arms. « A spacious, very comfortably furnished large house. Extremely well facilitated kitchen with a beautiful, old wooden dining table. Views to die for! Minor points: GF bedroom off the dining area needs blackout curtains and its bathroom needs frosted glass. »

Ideal location for walking our dog and a wonderful pub providing exceptional food within a few minutes stroll. Splendid National Trust property almost on the doorstep. « The property is well situated for exploring Exmoor, both on foot and by car. A short walk takes you to Exford where there are 2 pubs and a teashop(the hub for star gazing nights on a Thursday). « This is not the Ritz - but there are some really good points - it's lovely and quiet - so a good sleep was easy. Take your own towels - ones provided were not great - I would also say take your own bedding. One major for a couple is the double is on a mezz and the toilet is down stairs - this didn't effect me as I was on my own so slept in the single room downstairs. Owner is lovely - and my stay in Sherborne very nice. Lovely place. »

« Amazing house for a short weekend away with friends. We came for Easter weekend with a large group of 19 people. We ordered pizzas from the local pizza restaurant under David’s recommendation which made cooking easier and were great pizzas that arrived nice and hot. We did spot a mouse in one of the rooms however but as people who live in the rural countryside ourselves, it’s expected in these types of properties. Overall great stay and lovely facilities- amazing hot tub and we loved the outside...
