Thank you for your response. The ground floor room that you stayed in is normally offered to the disabled or those with limited mobility, hence the 'wetroom'. If these rooms are the only ones available when guests make a reservation, then we always aim to ensure that we advise them of the type of room that we are offering, and the fact that they are in the garden area, and are generally much quieter than those in the main building. I am pleased that you enjoyed our food, and our staff are regularly praised for their efforts as well. If you should decide to stay with us again, please advise usof your comments regarding this particular room and we will make every attempt to find you somewhere more suitable for your requirements. Anyone whom knows 'The Bull's Head', including 99% of our regular residents - will know that this review is a total fabrication. We are renowned for our friendly and courteous staff, the standard of our housekeeping and the quality of our food prepared by three excellent chefs. There are ample wall sockets in the room occupied, and naturally we supply hot water, which most people do not need to be warned about. We do have quality live music every weekend, and this particular evening we had a very talented 'Gypsy Jazz' band who are very popular. Our breakfasts are regularly highly rated, as are most other aspects of 'The Bull' as we always go the extra mile with guests to ensure that they enjoy their stay. How sad can you get!

We replaced all of the showers in the upstairs rooms of the Inn with very expensive 'Coram Shower Pods' which have proved very successful and very popular. I hope that you may stay with us again.
