« The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. « Upon arrival, we were greeted to a welcoming wave and smile by Kyle the property manager. Kyle was wonderful to work with over the phone and took care of booking issues promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay in Holderness. The unit itself was very cute and adequate for our stay. « We had such a memorable stay at this Gilford holiday house. We had 12 guests and Amulya was more than happy to accommodate and tend to our needs. We were worried it would be a hassle, but the rooms were such a great size. We all wished we could have stayed for more than one night. Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...

« The check-in process was easy. The house was beautiful and accommodated our family well. There was plenty of space for all of us. Communication with the host was easy, fast and efficient. Timothy was always able to help with any questions I had. The beds were super comfortable! And the house was decorated beautifully. »
