First thing first; The property is average and not as sparkly and shiny as it appears on these pictures; It’s a modern average Marriott. Anyways, where I am upset is with most of the staff and management. I requested robes and an extra towel when I checked in because I know they usually only leave 2. I never received them. The major concern begins at the fact that when I arrived in a room there was a smoke smell in the entire hallway. I complained about it. Then, when I get in the room, the sink is clogged and wont drain. I called up the concierge and let them know of the issue. They offered me to switch to a Double Queen but That is not what I payed for. They never ended up fixing the problem. I was awfully upset and filed a complaint upon checking out. Now, fast forward, I was charged a $250 SMOKE FEE for VAPING!!!! They tried to blame the smoke smell on me, because they claim they found “wraps” and then switched the story to they saw me vaping. Long story short, if you want to be disappointed, Then charged a smoke fee after complaining about things,Book here!!!!

Breakfast cost what?
The hotel was very beautiful and there was a lot of space in the room. Checked in late and the bar was loud and busy. Breakfast also cost $22 (even for small children) which is a ridiculous price for breakfast food for an adult.

When we arrived there were a lot of people checking in before us. I heard the conversations with those folks and the staff. Very friendly and very helpful. When it was our turn, we were checked in and have a nice day. No one told us where the pool was, I had to ask about breakfast. I feel like because we used Expedia we were looked down on. When we checked out, the email receipt stated $0. The email also stated we could check out on our TV. I could not see anywhere to check out there. We went down to the desk (5:15am) and wasn’t sure anyone was there. Someone did come out. Said we’d get an emailed receipt. I didn’t get any further emails, but I see I’m being charged $10. We were in this room for about 3 hours before we went to sleep. What did we do that cost $10?? No email to explain. Ridiculous. Not worth the money, and I’ve stayed there before. Never again.
