this place is a little jewel to be discovered. The charming owners are just amazing, always there to help and be ahead of our needs. the breakfasts are just out of this world. The place is super well located, with all the beaches around within 15 min by walk or by car. Highly recommend, you won't regret!

We had a truly wonderful stay with Brian and Charlie who were such friendly and helpful hosts and provided many thoughtful touches. The Old Manse itself made for an authentic Cape Cod experience with its historic vibe, and we enjoyed our spacious en suite room. Special shoutout to the housekeeping/breakfast servers who took such good care of us each morning and were so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and baked treats each day, all homemade by Brian himself. A memorable visit.

The property is beautiful and large, with a lot of out door seating areas to relax. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. They provided great recommendations for local places to eat and shop, as well as beach options. The daily breakfast was amazing as well. We will be returning for another relaxing stay!

With 2+ acres, we have filled the property with tons of outside seating so that folks have their choice for what works for them, especially after the big breakfast! Better than expected! Very clean and well kept Inn. Friendly staff, beautiful and comfortable rooms. A perfect stay for us to attend a wedding in the area. Wonderful breakfast to top it off.

This property was decorated and the services were organized with good taste and class. Every detail was there for a reason: to make the guests feel special. From de decorations that bring in the history of the house, its location in the wonderful Cape Cod and to the wine and cheese hour, everything was perfect. The owners and the staff were amazing. A 5 star place to stay. The only thing I would improve would be adding a rack where to hang clothing. The room where we stayed didn’t have one. Not a huge issue for us as we had a short stay, but I could see it useful for longer stays. Having said that, we would go back anytime. Thank you for making us feel VIPs.

Gracious and charming and well worth a stay.
It was extremely clean and tidy. The owners couldn’t be more gracious and helpful, and the staff was excellent. The included breakfast was delicious. There are many places to sit, relax, read, etc. both indoors and outdoors. All in all it was a delightful experience

We had the best stay at the Old Manse Inn. The Inn keepers are absolutely lovely and just thought of everything. The breakfast in the morning has got to be one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a b&b. Oh and it was so close to the best beach in Brewster and close to shops, restaurants, and a couple of markets. Can’t wait to stay again!

Slept well in queen room. I could hear people above me but fortunately not up Too late or early in the morning. Could hear a little of 6A but didn’t disrupt sleep. Loved breakfast on the deck w friesh fruit and scrambled eggs and bacon. Nice to come for late check in and have everything run smooth and easily get a cup Of tea in the living room. Brian and Charlie are attentive and helpful hosts.

Hi Sharon. Thank you for the note. With a house as old as this one, at 221yo, you are bound to hear the creaking floors somewhere. I am glad to hear you loved the breakfast and were able to self check-in easily given your late arrival time. With the 5 coffee & beverage stations we have throughout the Inn, our hope is that everyone can get that cup of tea or coffee when needed. You will have to come & stay more than 1 night next time when you are not working to really enjoy the full amenities of the Inn. We had a wonderful stay at the Old Manse Inn this past week. The room was very cute and the breakfast options each morning were delicious. The inn's owner was very hospitable and made sure we had what we needed each day, including beach chairs/umbrella/cooler we could borrow for the short walk down to Breakwater Beach. We would highly recommend this inn and would happily stay there again in the future.

Two lovely young "mans" running Old Manse Inn
Homey feel with lovely accomodating hosts, both friendly, fun and informative. They honored our anniversary with balloon and chocolates; so sweet! The Inn is beautiful on a gorgeous lot in a perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Couldn't ask for a nicer stay.

I agree with the exceptional rating for the Inn. The hosts were welcoming, atmosphere charming, breakfasts wonderful, rooms clean and many extras like a wine and cheese happy hour and snacks all the time. We would definitely stay there again.

No need to look further - a must book! We had a wedding to attend and it was the perfect place to rest and relax. This was my first bed and breakfast experience and it did not disappoint. Brian was there to warmly welcome us when arrived. He showed us around the property. Our room was cozy with a large bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to get souvenirs before we left. This is such a hidden gem. We will be back. Great value.

This place is exceptionally charming and clean and has a ton of character. The grounds are beautifully manicured, the common areas are tastefully decorated with antiques and historical artwork, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Brian does a tremendous job making sure guests have all that they need for their stay. We were supplied endless complimentary sparkling water, coffee, tea and cookies. The free breakfasts are also amazing. The inn is walkable to nice beaches and the Brewster sand bar is quite stunning. It is also a short drive away from cool shopping areas like downtown Chatham. I would highly recommend the Old Manse Inn to anyone looking for a quiet, nice and comfortable beach vacation.

Overall this place and the host, Brian, were just great. The premises were meticulously maintained and very charming. Our room, while nice, was a little claustrophobic and it was on the third floor. They thought of everything.
The inn is beautiful and in a great location. The owners did such a great job to anticipate any needs the guests may have. Our bed was super comfy and if the breakfast wasn't so amazing I might have slept later. Thanks for a great weekend.

Brian and Charlie, the owners of The Olde Manse Inn are obviously living their vocation. The minute you meet them you can tell that they love what they do and that they want to make your stay the best possible experience that they can give you. Extras such as bicycles, beach chairsand umbrellas, unlimited tea/coffee and water, and a long weekend wine and cheese offering are standard fare here. The breakfast is something to look forward to from the minute you wake up each day and it does not disappoint. The Inn felt very clean and sanitized. I saw Charlie cleaning tables down several times. There is sanitizer everywhere and all staff and guests scrupulously wore masks at all times, apart from social distanced dining. We had a great time and it was a lovely break. Highly recommended!

We are trying to be created with our amenities at the Inn so that our guests can still expect everything they are used to having with their stay as we know that other inns have stopped many services due to the current situation. Old Manse Inn is a comfortable and cozy historic Inn. The rooms and especially bathrooms are small but the charm makes up for it. We enjoyed ample parking, beautiful gardens, high quality bedding, delicious breakfasts, historic sitting rooms, and fun historical facts about the area are posted everywhere.

The bathroom in your guest room is indeed on the smaller side given how it was created when they decided to add bathrooms in the 1801 mansion. Great find in the mid Cape
Great location in the mid Cape. Easy walk to some restaurants and the Breakwater beach. The attention to detail and the personalized service was second to none, the innkeepers Brian and Charlie went out of their way to help and make the stay the best they could. The breakfast in the morning was creative and exceptional. There are plenty of areas throughout the house and on the property to relax and unwind. The happy hour was another unexpected great touch. Traveling during the pandemic was a concern, but the communication before we left for the trip and the preparation and preparedness from the inn during our stay made us feel as comfortable as possible. There were wipes and hand sanitizer at all the entrances as well as on each floor. The breakfast had plenty of social distancing both inside and out. We can’t wait to return, it was a great break and knowing they have all the safety procedures in place put our minds at ease to just enjoy our time away.

This bed and breakfast was amazing! Very historic, comfy and clean. Brian was a perfect host and the breakfast was delicious and entrees changed every morning. Best Cape Cod authentic bed and breakfast - we will return soon!
