Cafetière vide les 2 matins, comptoir sale. Items restreints pour le petit déjeuner. Pas de sandwich aux œufs le premier matin. Le personnel était occupé sur leur cellulaire plutôt que de s’occuper de s’occuper des items manquants. La télé ne voulait plus éteindre. Problème avec la carte magnétique de la chambre.

Très déçu vu les circonstances Covid-19.
28/03: Étions obligés (3 adultes) de coucher dans les environs malgré le Covid-19 .... de retour de la Floride direction Montréal. Les draps d’un des lits n’avaient pas été changé, avons dû changer de chambre. Dans la 2e il y avait un restant de papier de toilette, et aucun verre.... la personne au comptoir à la réception semblait bien indifférente, sans s’excuser auprès de l’hôtel....

The room smelled like mold or humidity. Entering the establishment smelled like old socks. We think they don’t change the bedding between stays. They just flip it over because the sheets were pit on inside out.
